This Privacy Notice describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit the website at (bloomhalo.com) or use the Services offered there (the “Platform”), including CRM tools, automation services, and “done-for-you” marketing solutions, or when you provide information through electronic messages to BloomHalo. It also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
Please read this Privacy Notice carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information. By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice is governed by the BloomHalo Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) available on the Platform. The Services, including CRM tools, AI-powered automation, and done-for-you marketing, are part of the Platform and described in the Terms of Service.
We collect two types of information:
Personal Information
(data that identifies you, such as name, email address, employer, job title, telephone number) and
Non-Personal Information
(data that does not identify you specifically, such as browsing behavior). Collectively, these are referred to as “Information.”
We collect Information you provide when you:
Subscribe to our Services or purchase products.Create an account or join our mailing list.Fill out forms on the Platform.Report a problem with the Platform (we may request additional Information to resolve issues).Make inquiries or correspond with us (including email addresses).Respond to surveys.Complete transactions through the Platform.
We may automatically collect:
Your location and geolocation data.Internet Protocol (IP) address and domain name.Browser type, operating system, and device information.Date and time of visits, web pages accessed, and referring website.Cookies and similar technologies (small text files stored on your device to enhance functionality). For our done-for-you marketing services, we may process personal data of your customers (e.g., names, email addresses) on your behalf. We act as a

for this data under GDPR and CCPA, processing it only as instructed by you (the data controller).

Our Platform uses AI tools (e.g., chatbots, content generation, automated campaigns) that may process Personal Information to deliver personalized services. Inputs you provide (e.g., prompts) and outputs (e.g., generated content) may include Personal Information. We ensure such data is processed securely and only shared with third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, ElevenLabs) as necessary, subject to their privacy policies.
We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined, such as fulfilling Services, complying with legal obligations, or resolving disputes. You may request deletion of your data (see Section 6). Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for research or statistical purposes.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or storage is completely secure. We are not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures on the Platform.
We may disclose Non-Personal Information without restriction. Personal Information is shared only as follows:

We do not sell your Personal Information as defined under CCPA.
You may access and edit your Personal Information via your account settings on the Platform. To request deletion, contact us at [email protected]. Some data (e.g., transaction logs) may not be deleted due to legal or backup requirements.
We use third parties for hosting, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), payment processing, and AI services (e.g., OpenAI, ElevenLabs). These providers access Information only as needed and are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality.
We do not knowingly collect Information from children under 16, in compliance with COPPA. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at [email protected] if you believe we have collected a child’s data.
Our Platform may link to third-party websites or services whose privacy practices we do not control. This Privacy Notice does not apply to them.
The Platform does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
BloomHalo is the Controller of your Personal Information.

We do not knowingly collect other sensitive data (e.g., race, health information) unless required for specific Services.

Under California’s Shine the Light law, you may request information about disclosures to third parties for direct marketing. Contact [email protected].
